An upstream carrier fault disrupted calls. The carrier fault is now fixed, and all calls use the normal route again. The service is operating normally.

Update
We are re-routing traffic now so MTN and CellC calls will work again. Wholesale termination to these routes is still experiencing post dial delay from the re-routing.

Identified
We are experiencing termination issues towards MTN ZA and CellC Mobile and inbound calls are intermittently working. We are busy investigating the issue.
Click-to-call and outbound calls to MTN and Cell C mobile numbers are failing. Most fail immediately. Calls to Vodacom, Telkom and landline numbers work normally. We have logged the fault with our carrier and we are working on an alternate route.
If you try again within 10 seconds, you may see "A call is already in progress". This message is expected and is not a separate fault. We will post an update when we have more information.
