From 11:24- 12:01 SAST (09:25–10:01 UTC) on 6 October 2026 we had a production incident that resulted in elevated 500s across all our API services running on https://api.sudonum.com requiring API keys. The root cause was identified and patched. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
